Christmas time is here, so money is scarce and my urge to buy books, books, and more books needs to suppressed in favor of celebrating the holidays :). Not the most eventful week in the way of new additions to my shelf (trying ~ and it's not easy ~ to hold back and finish those that I haven't read yet before buying more).. but here's my haul for the week..

Busy week this week!!

Here's my haul:

Starting over sucks.

When we moved to West Virginia right before my senior year, I'd pretty much resigned myself to thick accents, dodgy internet access, and a whole lot of boring.... until I spotted my hot neighbor, with his looming height and eerie green eyes. Things were looking up.

And then he opened his mouth.

Daemon is infuriating. Arrogant. Stab-worthy. We do not get along. At all. But when a stranger attacks me and Daemon literally freezes time with a wave of his hand, well, something...unexpected happens.

I've been on a never-seems-to-end book shopping spree lately, so this post could be miles long.. that, and my bookshelves are beginning to sag with the weight... But I'll narrow it down to my most recent anticipations :)

This one is a book I probably never would have stumbled across had it not been for Icey Book's Stand Alone Reading Challenge.  I've read some of the best books of the year (IMO) because of this challenge ~ so awesome :).
